After three successful travel and trade shows for active holidays held in Slovenia, NATOUR expended to the Adriatic region. NATOUR ADRIA, an international travel and trade show for active holidays in a natural environment, was held from 16 to 18 April 2013, in the Istrian town Umag. 

This business and tourism event for active holidays allowed registered tourism companies to present their offer to numerous potential partners from abroad in one place. Participants were pleased to have met, talked business and enjoyed the lovely atmosphere:

NATOUR ADRIA was once again a place with many ideas for active holidays in a natural environment!



This trade show enabled meetings between:

  • Sports tourism providers and providers of programmes for active holidays in nature, accommodation providers, ecotourism operators and providers of equipment for active outdoor holidays from Croatia and region
  • Representatives of tourist agencies, tour operators, potential investors, representatives of international and other interest associations  from Europe


The key advantages of 2013 cooperation was:

  • a one-stop-shop, the most extensive range of active holidays in a natural environment
  • making business contacts through prescheduled meetings with service providers; each meeting will last no more than 20 minutes, guaranteeing the rational use of time
  • networking with over 30 providers of active holidays in a natural environment
  • education and the review of national and international good practice case studies, familiarisation with trends in the field of active holidays in a natural environment.
 
The organiser guaranteed at least 12 one-to-one meetings for the participating service providers on the day of the trade show in the islad of Lošinj.
