The course of the Natour Adria trade show

The event itself will take place over the course of three days, of which one day is reserved for meetings and the presentation of local providers at the NATOUR trade show.

  • 24 April 2012 – arrivals and Natour Adria conference 
  • 25 April 2012 - NATOUR ADRIA trade show
  • 26 April 2012 - fam trip for hosted buyers and departures

HOW WILL THE TRADE SHOW BE ORGANISED

  • The exhibitors will present themselves to the hosted buyers with their standardised 4 m2 stands, a table and four chairs for discussions,
  • The exhibitors will receive information on the hosted buyers through the website no later than 14 days prior to the start of the trade show,
  • The hosted buyers will be able to select the exhibitors they want to meet with,
  • Before the event, each exhibitor will receive their meeting schedule,
  • Meetings with hosted buyers will run according to the schedule – a meeting may last for a maximum 20 minutes,
  • For timely registrations (before one2one meetings), the organiser guarantees at least 12 meetings with hosted buyers.
